Dr. Faloun responded kind, calmly and fast. He listened to my symptoms and explained what it could be. He sent the medical reciept after payment and was all done online, which was very handy and efficient! He helped me once before too during covid when I first moved to the Netherlands and gave me the medication I needed for my symptoms then as well. Friendly, fast and efficient!

I saw Dr. Faloun after 6 weeks of back and forth with my huisarts. I had been suffering with headaches and sinus congestion and pressure for this whole time period, and I couldn’t stand it anymore. Working with kids and having daily headaches is not ideal, so I found his services online. He was respectful, listened to my concerns, and prescribed the appropriate medication. He continued to follow up with me until I received the medication from my pharmacy. I finally felt heard after weeks of being silenced. I will still follow up with an ENT specialist per my huisarts request, but I am thankful to get relief from the chronic symptoms I’ve been experiencing while waiting for my appointment at the hospital. Thank you again Dr. Faloun for your sincerity and help. I’ve referred you to all of my colleagues at work!

We’re a family of five who recently moved to the Netherlands, and like many expats, we were a bit nervous about navigating the Dutch healthcare system. We’d heard all the usual stories about only being offered paracetamol and expected lots of red tape and confusion. Our experience with The Tourist Doctors has been the complete opposite. Soon after we arrived, one of our children became very unwell with high temperatures. We had no car, didn’t know where to go, and were honestly quite scared. My husband contacted The Tourist Doctors, and Dr Faloun responded straight away with a same-morning remote appointment. He listened carefully, took our concerns seriously, and guided us through exactly what to do. Within hours our son was on the right treatment and we finally felt like we could breathe again. As a mum of three who has dealt with years of childhood illnesses, I really appreciated feeling heard rather than dismissed. Dr Faloun is thoughtful, attentive, and practical — the kind of doctor who understands parents’ instincts and works with them. A few months on, every interaction has been just as good: responsive, thorough, and genuinely caring. With a family of five we seem to need a doctor fairly often, and every time we’ve felt supported and looked after. We couldn’t recommend The Tourist Doctors more highly. If I could give 10 stars, I would — an amazing service for expat families finding their feet in a new country.

Yesterday I really needed Support after being rejected by the dutch doctors. This doctor is a Angel, I was helped in 10 minutes. Prescription prescribed and had a wonderful night. May you be blessed in Abundance for what you do for others ❤️

I had such a fast response using their WhatsApp service. I sadly became ill the same day I arrived in Amsterdam with horrific cold symptoms. I didn’t realise that cold and flu medication had to be prescribed here so I used the WhatsApp service and had a response, phone call consultation and my prescription within 20 minutes. Thankfully had my UK health insurance card which made the process much easier. Super impressed with how quickly this was resolved. Thank You!

My Huisartss post would not help me or see me even though I was sure I needed an antibiotic for an infection, the tourist doctor was able to immediately have a phone consultation and email me a prescription within minutes. And I just picked up my prescription from the pharmacy. 10 star service. Highly recommend especially in a country with not very empathetic GPs.

Absolutely a life saver! So easy to work with. Doc takes the time to explain what you need and how t navigate the pharmacy process and makes sure you get the exact medication you need. The billing process is straightforward, simple and very reasonable. Can not recommend them enough. 5 star!

Brilliant experience! I needed to urgently get some repeat prescriptions while travelling, so I made a booking online late at night. My appointment was for first thing on Sunday so the Dr called me and did the appointment over the phone rather than make me travel to see him in person. He then sent me the script digitally and advised a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday. Very helpful service that really saved me!!

Once again, I highly recommend this service! Very fast and professional approach. Messages are answered almost immediately, the diagnosis is accurate, and the prescription is issued shortly after.
